Attention members:
At a duly called meeting held Thursday, October 26, 2023, the Board of Trustees adopted a resolution setting forth a proposed certificate of amendment to the church’s articles of incorporation, adding language required by the IRS for the church to be approved as an Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3) church, and declaring the resolution’s advisability to the membership. The certificate of amendment is scheduled for membership vote at the congregation meeting December 10, 2023.
