Life Decisions

The Life Decisions Program at All Souls aims to help members prepare for last stages of life. Our goal is to help people understand what questions they need to ask and answer; navigate decision making before disability or death about legal issues and health care options; and to talk with family and health care providers about wishes.

Life Decisions provides information about choices after death for memorial services, cremation, and organ donation and offers individual consultations, workshops, and speakers.

• Cremation: Life Decisions maintains a current price list for simple direct cremation available to members of All Souls, provided by many of the funeral homes in Tulsa. Please contact the Care Team or the office at All Souls if you need this information.
