All Souls Congregational Meeting Details & Documents

Mark your calendars for All Souls’ Congregational Meeting on Sunday, June 8, 2025, immediately following our One Service for All at 10:30 am. You can join us for this meeting in person or online. If you plan to attend online, please register at allsouls.me/meeting.

What to Expect

This meeting is an essential part of our church governance, where members come together to affirm our collective vision and decisions. During the meeting, members will vote on important matters of the church.

Prepare in Advance

While there may be time for limited questions during the meeting, we strongly recommend reviewing the documents in advance and reaching out to church leadership if you have questions before the meeting. This helps keep the meeting focused and ensures everyone has the information they need.

To ensure an efficient meeting, we encourage everyone to review the materials ahead of time. These include:

Online Voting Task Team Report

As promised at the December 2024 Congregational Meeting, the All Souls Board of Trustees formed an Online Voting Task Team to re-visit Article III, Section 2 of the bylaws which, as currently written, require in-person attendance to vote on certain issues. The Board approved the changes proposed by the task team, shown below, and the amendment will be voted on at the June 8, 2025, Congregational Meeting.

Online Voting Task Team: Brian Cross, Pauline Farmer-Koppenol, Jeenee Lee, Deanna Tirrell

Join In Person Or Online

If you aren't able to join us in-person, you can join us online at allsouls.me/meeting. Online attendees are encouraged to register ahead of the Congregational meeting. We also ask all online participants have their cameras on during the meeting.

One Service at 10:30AM

  • One Service for All: This special One Service Sunday begins at 10:30 am, so the meeting will follow directly after the service.
