Mark your calendars for All Souls’ Congregational Meeting on Sunday, June 8, 2025, immediately following our One Service for All at 10:30 am. You can join us for this meeting in person or online. If you plan to attend online, please register at allsouls.me/meeting.
This meeting is an essential part of our church governance, where members come together to affirm our collective vision and decisions. During the meeting, members will vote on important matters of the church.
While there may be time for limited questions during the meeting, we strongly recommend reviewing the documents in advance and reaching out to church leadership if you have questions before the meeting. This helps keep the meeting focused and ensures everyone has the information they need.

Online Voting Task Team Report
As promised at the December 2024 Congregational Meeting, the All Souls Board of Trustees formed an Online Voting Task Team to re-visit Article III, Section 2 of the bylaws which, as currently written, require in-person attendance to vote on certain issues. The Board approved the changes proposed by the task team, shown below, and the amendment will be voted on at the June 8, 2025, Congregational Meeting.
With respect to matters pertaining to the sale, purchase, mortgage, or other acquisition or disposition of real property, or to expand or remodel the Church building, or to amend the bylaws or articles of incorporation, or any other matter designated by the Board of Trustees, voting shall be limited to those members who: (a) are 18 years of age or older; (b) have been members for at least one full year immediately preceding the vote; and (c) have made a recorded financial contribution to the Church’s operating fund within the twelve months immediately preceding the vote.
and (d) are physically present at the church, unless otherwise authorized by the Board of Trustees.Such votes may be restricted to those attending in-person with prior approval by a 2/3 vote of the Board of Trustees; the restriction must be communicated with the meeting announcement.
