Dive into a day-long journey of discovery and empowerment at the Women of All Souls Spring Retreat. Designed for members and friends who identify as women, this retreat is a celebration of connection, reflection, and rejuvenation.
What You’ll Experience:
Facilitated by Shannon Boston and Kate Starr. and with other guest leaders, we’ll engage in meaningful activities that allow us to:
- Root into the Earth as it awakens to the spring, and into an affirming community
- Rage and express through creative release
- Realign inner hopes, dreams, values, and expectations with the everyday realities and choices we all make.
Registration & Retreat Details:
This retreat is open to all who identify as women—bring a friend!
- Registration Required: Register for this event by March 6, 2024, at allsouls.me/realign
- Cost: $30. Lunch and supplies included.
- Time: 9:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
- Scholarships: Scholarships are available for All Souls members.
Childcare:
We will have limited childcare available for pre-school through 5th grade. A $15 donation is asked, if possible. Please register by emailing Quanah at qscoggins@allsoulschurch.org in advance with the name, age, and any allergies/additional needs of the child and provide a peanut-free sack lunch.
Classes:
For those attending the retreat, you’ll be able to take part in some of or all of the following:
- Singing workshop
- Creative writing workshop
- Grounding meditation work
- Discussion panel
- Rage room
- Sound bath with massage
- White Crane Silat (an Indonesian martial art based in Chinese kung fu)
