Kick-Boxing for Everyone

Join us for an energetic and empowering kick-boxing class led by Noah Johnson from Aspire Fitness! In this fun and supportive environment, you’ll learn boxing techniques, self-defense skills, and core-strengthening exercises, all at a level suitable for beginners and experienced participants alike.
- Please wear comfortable clothing and bring water.
- This class is donation-based, with a suggested contribution of $5 – $15.

Forest Therapy with Sue Woodward
October 30 & November 13
Join Sue Woodward, certified Forest Therapy Guide, in a practice that supports health and wellness through guided immersion in the outdoors to promote the well-being of both people and the land. Sue will guide us through a clearly defined sequence to slow down, allow the senses to open and experience the environment to deepen the reciprocal relationship between participants and nature.
We will meet in the Garden Room and spend most of our time in the Memorial Garden. Dress for the weather.
Foundations of Unitarian Universalism

Join us on this three-week exploration of the roots of Unitarianism and Universalism and how they came together to form the basis of all that we experience at All Souls today. This “Path to Love Beyond Belief” class is a great way to deepen your connections to fellow congregants, get to know your ministers, and learn about the exciting history of Unitarian Universalism.
Healing Our Religious Wounds

This three-session course is designed to provide an opportunity for church leaders and lay members to identify the nature of their religious wounds and, through active group participation and sharing, to develop basic tools and techniques for addressing them. Open to adults 18 and older.

Did you know laughter releases endorphins, which act like a natural antidepressant? Feeling socially anxious since the pandemic? Come try improv with us! No skills required, just bring yourself. This session will include exercises and concepts from Comedy Improv Group Therapy for Social Anxiety by Neal King, LCSW. - Musical Improv (November 13)
“If you can’t sing, sing louder!” is what we say. Whether you’re a seasoned singer or just love to belt a tune, this improv class offers a supportive and playful environment for all music and improvisational skill levels. Come ready to laugh, learn, and have fun with fellow music enthusiasts. No sheet music required—just bring your enthusiasm!
Shawl Ministry

Knitters, crocheters, quilters and other fiber artists of all skill levels are welcome! The Shawl Ministry is a group of fiber artists who make a spiritual practice of creating shawls and other items to give to people in need of comfort and solace. Members and friends infuse each gift with positive intentions, prayers, hope, love, and healing.
