Finding Your Place: Programs, Small Groups, & Wednesday Connections

Participants paint on canvas at All Souls Unitarian Church painting the building steeple.

A Place To Belong

So far, our Program Expos have lifted up Children & Youth programs, Families, Community, Adult Education, and ways to help and serve at All Souls. They’ve been reminders that there really is a place for everyone here. If you missed our first two expos, you can learn more online:

Coming up:

  • Sept. 14: Justice Expo | Learn about the All Souls Justice Teams and turn your passion into action!
  • Sept. 21: Pastoral Care & Support Groups Expo | Everyone needs a caring hand, come learn how we can help

These expos are a chance to learn, ask questions, and get connected.

Transformational Small Groups

Small groups are circles where we practice being human together—listening, sharing, and showing up for each other in ways that matter.

Registration is now open for the following groups. Email Shannon Boston at [email protected] for more information:

  • Wellspring is one of the most transformational journeys we offer. Groups of 10–12 people commit to daily spiritual practice, deep listening, and living their faith out loud. It’s not about mastering content but about letting community and practice shape you. Wellspring participants often say it changes not just their connection to All Souls, but to life itself.
  • Conscious Inclusion is our invitation to grow across cultural and racial lines. It’s a space to expand our understanding, heal from the wounds of exclusion, and practice creating the inclusive community we long for. Pre-registration is required, with options for in-person or Zoom participation. Each group helps us take steps toward becoming a congregation where every voice feels seen and heard

Wednesdays: Your Third Space

Think of Wednesday nights at All Souls as your third place. Not home, not work—something in between. A place where you'll find food, reflection, and connection open to all ages and life stages.

Every Wednesday starting September 10, here's what you'll find at All Souls:

  • Dinner begins at 5:30 on a sliding scale ($5 helps a little, $10 covers your meal, $20+ sustains the program)
  • At 6:30, Chapel offers a midweek pause for music, peace, and reflection
  • At 7, the building comes alive with classes, conversations, and service projects
  • Childcare is always available from 6–8:30 pm for infants through 5th grade

Fall 2025 Classes

This fall, you can explore everything from art to theology to movement. Many are in person, and some are also available online so our All Souls Everywhere members can participate. Here are just a few highlights starting in September:

  • Foundations of Unitarian Universalism with Rev. Dr. Marlin Lavanhar – Sept. 10, 17, 24 | In person & Zoom
  • Conscious Inclusion & IMPACT Caucus Groups – beginning Sept. 10 | In person
  • Exploring Art with Linda Alred – Sept.–Nov. | In person
  • Yoga for All Souls with Hannah Demuth – Sept.–Nov. | In person
  • Wednesday Circle – Ongoing | In person & Zoom

Visit our Calendar Page to learn more about all available classes: www.allsoulschurch.org/calendar. Not in the mood for a class? Join Hang Out & Help and make a difference with light service projects alongside friends.

It's less about attending an event and more about stepping into community: good food, good people, and a little joy to carry you through the week, come for what you need on Wednesdays.
