Mark your calendars for an exciting day of fun and competition at the Inaugural All Souls Pickleball Tournament! This event is perfect for beginning and intermediate players, with a basic understanding of the game up to a skill rating of 3.0. Whether you're looking to compete, have fun, or cheer on your friends, this is the event for you!

Date: Saturday, September 21, 2024
Time: 2:00 PM - 8:30 PM
Location: TopSeed Pickleball

Tournament Details:

• Age Divisions: 50+ and 49-and-under
• Teams: Up to 10 teams per division, separated into two pools of 5 teams
• Games: Each team is guaranteed to play 4 games. The top 2 teams from each pool advance to the semi-finals.
• Awards: Prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in each division, best overall team outfits, and for getting “pickled” (shut out) in a game.
• Schedule:
  • 50+ Division starts at 2:00 PM and wraps up by 5:30 PM
  • 49-and-under Division starts around 4:30 PM and wraps up by 8:30 PM
• Amenities: Concessions and beer available from TopSeed, a food truck, and a 10% discount on items in the TopSeed Shop for players.

Registration:

• Opens: July 19
• Exclusive Promotion: Until August 12, registration is exclusive to All Souls members. After that, it opens to the general public.
• Fees:
  • $60 per individual without a partner (we’ll assign you a partner from other players)
  • $120 per team

• Recognition: All sponsors will be recognized on signage at the event to sponsor courts, balls, or division final games. Sponsors will also be named on the back of t-shirts.
