In these times of overwhelming cruelty coming from the halls of power, we center our hearts on the loving care that powers us right here where we live. Join us for a stirring sermon from Rev. Dr. Molly Housh Gordon, minister of the UU Church of Columbia, Missouri, and 2024 recipient of the UUA’s Skinner Sermon Award.
A Tulsa native and former All Souls choir kid, Molly brings both deep roots and prophetic vision to the pulpit. She holds a Master of Divinity from Harvard Divinity School and a Doctor of Ministry in Creative Writing and Public Theology from Pittsburgh Theological Seminary. She is also a published poet and essayist, and was honored to preach the UUA’s General Assembly Sunday service in 2024.
Come be reminded of the power of local love, community care, and fierce hope
