All voting members are encouraged to attend our congregational meeting on Sunday, May 19, 2024, at 10:50 am, immediately following the first service. The meeting will be both in person in the All Souls Unitarian Church sanctuary and on Zoom at allsouls.me/meet0519.

Who Can Vote?
Per our Bylaws:
- Membership: Membership in the congregation is open to all persons 14 years of age or older. Persons between 14 and 18 years of age must have completed the Coming of Age program or its equivalent. A person shall become a member of the Church by signing its membership book or registering online and committing to participation in the Church by means of involvement and financial support as an indication of sympathy with the Church’s purposes and objectives.
- Voting: The privilege of voting at congregational meetings shall be open only to those members who: (a) have been members for at least one month and (b) have made a recorded financial contribution within the twelve months immediately preceding the vote.
Voting In-Person & Online:
- In Person: Voting members who attend the meeting in person will cast their votes by a show of hands.
- Online: Online voting will be facilitated by All Souls Unitarian Church. You can join at allsouls.me/meet0519. Voting members who attend the meeting online will receive more instructions at that time.
