Get yourself ready with just-for-fun meet-ups

Start brushing up on your pickleball skills or learning this fantastic game by joining an informal pickleball meet-up on March 30 and April 13 (both Sunday) 2:00 p.m. at Langenheim Park. We'll have a shuttle leaving from the church around 1:30, or get yourself to the park at 4701 S. Harvard.

Want to connect with other All Souls players or learn the game? Join the All Souls Pickleball group on Facebook or reach out to Phil, [email protected] for more opportunities.

About the Meet-Ups:

  • No sign-up needed. Just show up.
  • No experience needed. We won't have official coaches, but there will be friends who can teach you the basics of the game.
  • No equipment needed. We'll have some paddles and balls available for those who don't have their own.
  • Do bring with you:
    • Filled water bottle. We'll have some bottled water, but we encourage reusable bottles.
    • Tennis or court shoes. Runners or cross-trainers are not recommended and put you at greater risk of injury. (Learn more)
    • Paddle, if you have.
    • Lawn chair, if you'd like to sit court-side.
    • Parent/guardian if you are under 18, or a signed activity waiver

PickleFest Fundraiser, May 2

Details at a Glance:

This family-friendly morning is open to all pickleball skill levels — including those who have never played before! Enjoy free games like tabletop shuffleboard and cornhole, grab something from the food court or bar, and spend time connecting with your church community.

Date and Time: Saturday, May 2, 2026, 9:30 AM-12:30 PM

Venue: Courts & Commons (7921 E 119th Dr. Bixby, OK 74008)

Amenities: Family-friendly location with free games (table shuffleboard, cornhole, etc.), food court (sourdough pizza, American classics, Oklahoma Tex-Mex), and bar.

Players: $50 to register in one of two categories:

  • Instructional Course and play offered for those who are just beginning to learn
  • Round-Robin Competition offered for those who know how to play regardless of skill level. How does this work? Each individual player will be paired up with different player for each round, so there are no set teams. Individuals receive points for every game they win allowing for a fun competition without a highly skilled team being able to dominate.

Spectators: Encouraged! Not a pickleball player? Come anyway. It’s a great chance to hang out, laugh, and build community together. Registrations not required to cheer and socialize. Donations are welcome to help support the church through this fundraiser.
