What to Expect

This annual meeting is an essential part of our church governance, where members come together to affirm our collective vision and decisions. During the meeting, members will vote on the 2025 budget and the updated bylaws (click here for a summary).

Prepare in Advance

To ensure an efficient meeting, we encourage everyone to review the materials ahead of time. These include the meeting agenda, the updated bylaws (summary), and the proposed 2025 budget.

While there may be time for limited questions during the meeting, we strongly recommend reviewing the documents in advance and reaching out to church leadership if you have questions before the meeting. This helps keep the meeting focused and ensures everyone has the information they need.

Other Important Notes

• One Service for All: This special One Service Sunday begins at 10:30 am, so the meeting will follow directly after the service.
• Lunch and Festivities: Stay after the meeting for lunch (donates appreciated) and join in the tree trimming and hanging of the greens, kicking off our holiday season.
