Wednesday Community Connections

Wednesday Community Connections is an opportunity to engage, support, and learn with each other. We start with a dinner at 5:30pm, followed by chapel at 6:30pm and classes at 7:00pm. All our classes are free for adults, open to the public, and include anything from yoga, meditation, arts and crafts, Path to Membership, and more! Depending on the class, you can attend in-person, on Zoom, or hybrid. Childcare is available from 6:15 to 8:30.

Green Team Earth Day Celebration & Vegan Dinner

Mark your calendars for April 17th, 5:30 PM at Emerson Hall, and celebrate Earth Day with the All Souls Green Team. Enjoy a delicious, sustainably-sourced vegan dinner prepared by RG Foods, featuring dishes like Sweet Potato & Lentil Tacos and Chocolate Beet Cupcakes. Connect with local environmental organizations including the Tulsa Area Arkansas River Advocates, the Green Country Group of the Oklahoma Sierra Club, the Conservation Coalition of Oklahoma, and more, who will share insights and opportunities for activism. This free event is a fantastic way to engage with the community, learn about sustainability, and enjoy a meal that benefits both you and the planet.

  • Conservation Coalition of OklahomaDedicated to providing a unified voice for common-sense conversation policy; creating opportunities for citizens and lawmakers to become more aware of conversation issues that are critically important to our state’s future; taking on dangerous legislation whenever it arises; working through a lobbyist for constant contact and fostering our bipartisan approach to sound conservation policies.

Muay Thai

Noah Johnson & Aspire Fitness | President’s Room | 1st & 3rd Wednesdays

Muay Thai, sometimes referred to as Thai boxing, is a combat sport that uses stand-up striking, sweeps, and various clinching techniques.

This class is open to all aged high school and older.

This class is donation-based and will require some equipment. Please wear comfortable clothing!

Reimagining Your Own Theology II (In-person and Zoom)

Many people can easily say what they don’t believe, but how many can clearly state what they do believe? Many people who have found All Souls or the UU tradition have come from other faith traditions, or from none at all.
In this series, we will continue an exploration of individual beliefs and the “big questions” seeking a deepening and expanding understanding of ourseslves and our world.
Please note, this is a Level II class but Level I is NOT required or necessary to take first.
Shawl Ministry

Knitters, crocheters, quilters and other fiber artists of all skill levels are welcome! Come learn to knit! Don’t have any needles or yarn? We have plenty!

The Shawl Ministry is a group of fiber artists who make a spiritual practice of creating shawls to give to people in our church community who are in need of comfort and solace. Members and friends infuse each shawl with positive intentions, prayers, hope, love, and healing. Completed shawls are blessed and sent along the way.

We also make baby hats, blankets, booties and more.

Third Space Improv

Long form improv is the culmination of the skills learned through the introduction classes and workshops to create longer improvised scenes with characters, concepts, or jokes as throughlines connecting them. In this workshop, we will cover basic approaches to long form, the concepts and terms to describe it, and practice using all of our skills to create scenes together!

Every Wednesday, we invite you to join us for dinner at 5:30pm before classes. Donations are encouaged – $5 helps a little, $10 covers the meal, $20+ helps sustain our programs.

Volunteer at Wednesday Connections Dinner!

Shifts include 3:30pm prep, 5:30pm serve, and 6:30pm clean up. Email Paula Vella, pvella@allsoulschurch.org to volunteer.

Wednesday Community Connections are from 5:30-8:30pm and consist of dinner, chapel, and community. Childcare is available from 6:15-8:30pm.

In this series, we will continue an exploration of individual beliefs and the “big questions” seeking a deepening and expanding understanding of ourseslves and our world. This class will culminate in a sharing of Credo Statements on the final Wednesday.

Please note, this is a Level II class; Level I was offered previously.
