All Souls Church and Shādz, a racial identity group for people of color, is hosting a World Café on Strengthening Unity for People of Color.
The World Café format offers structured conversations intended to facilitate open discussion and link ideas among a large group of people, accessing their collective intelligence. Participants move to different tables as they continue the conversation in response to a set of questions posed by trained facilitators.
- Give voice to and connect people of color in the Tulsa community
- Build community across ethnic and racial groups
- Develop community leadership
- Provide space for community building among people of color
- Gain information about needs and direction for future programing
Shādz (Formerly Mosaic) is a racial identity group for people of color which equips participants with tools to effectively challenge racism and develop allies across racial lines.
